Webb's Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Cable features three 14 AWG conductors made of tinned copper with XLPE insulation, specifically designed for VFD applications. It includes a 14 AWG PVC-insulated tinned copper ground wire, along with uninsulated ground wires . The power conductors and ground wires are shielded with aluminum foil and a tinned copper braid, protecting against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference. Additionally, a 1-pair of 16 AWG tinned copper conductors with XLPE insulation is included, featuring a separate aluminum foil shield for control or brake applications, with the 18 AWG ground wire positioned inside the aluminum foil shield for this pair. Rated for 600V TC-ER, it operates at temperatures up to 90°C in both dry and wet conditions and can handle up to 1000V. The durable outer sheath protects the cable from physical damage, chemicals, and moisture, making Webb's VFD cable ideal for high-performance environments like industrial automation and motor control systems.
