Webb fibre optic attenuators are used to reduce the strength of a fibre optic signal within a fibre optic network. Attenuators are usually used when the signal arriving at the receiver is too strong and hence may overpower the receiving elements. This attenuator is available in many dB attenuation values between 1dB and 25dB.
