Webb Clean Step contamination control mats are expertly designed to maintain cleanliness in sensitive environments. Composed of multiple layers of polyethylene films and coated with a high-performance acrylic-based adhesive, these mats effectively capture dust and debris.   • Material: low-density polyethylene with an acrylic-based adhesive coating
  • Each Clean step consists of a multi-layer polyethylene film composite with a viscous adhesive coating
  • 180° Peel strength (Viscosity) : 350 g/25 mm per single mask (viscosity can be customized)
  • Sequential numbering from 1 to 30 on each of the 30 peel tags of Clean Step
  • Dimensions(Inches): Available in 26 x 45, 24 x 36, 18 x 36 or custom sizes
  • Total thickness: 1.3mm
    • A layer of non-gel mask PE: 0.07±0.004mm
    • 29-layer coating PE single-mask: 29 x 0.04±0.003mm
    • A layer of adhesive PE pairs Mask: 0.06±0.004mm
    • PE at the end of a layer of non-adhesive film: 0.04±0.003mm
  • Colour: Available in Blue or White
  • 180° Peeling strength:300g/25mm
  • Fire and explosion properties: Melting point 120°C, flash point 340°C–350°C, no acidification
