Webb open frame racks/lab racks provides users with a versatile, customizable solution engineered to meet a diverse set of rack-mounting components. This rack features insertion points that work perfectly for the installation of data management equipment.

The open frame racks/lab racks are durable, of sturdy construction, and facilitates the seamless integration of cable management systems while being easy to assemble, making it ideal for all data center requirements.

  • Lab racks are available with two posts and four posts
  • Available in 18U, 22U, 27U, 32U, 37U, 42U, 45U, 47U, 52U heights; the size can be customized
  • Rack widths are available in 600mm and custom sizes
  • Rack base lengths are available in 350mm and 600mm
  • Availabe in cut-out and stanadrd frame types
  • Cut-out frames are highly efficient for cable management
  • Available with castor wheels or stand-alone options
  • Material: 1.5 to 2.0 mm SPCC cold rolled steel or EG steel
  • Maximum static load-bearing capacity:
    • Two post with castors: 200kg; with out castors: 300kg
    • Four post with castors: 350kg; with out castors: 450kg
  • Provision to bolt racks to the floor
  • Flat packed or assembled delivery options
  • Compliance with CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS standards
  • Compliance with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41491; PART1, DIN41494; PART7, ETSI standards
  • Surface finish: degrease, acid pickling, rust prevention powder coating
  • Available in black(RAL9005) and grey(RAL 7035) colours; Custom colours are available subject to MOQ
